Reservation and Payment Policies

All payment is 100% up front upon, reservation. Cancellations must be done no less than 14 days before your tour date for a full refund, which is to ensure we have enough time to fill your slot. Upon reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your reservation. 18% gratuity added to all tours. There is no refund or reduction in price if fewer people than were reserved show up the day of the tour. All reservations are subject to change at anytime. There are no refunds for no-shows.

Damage and Behavior Policies

Customers will sign a contract before the tour stating that they are responsible for any and all damages done to the vehicle during the tour. Pictures will be taken inside and out of the vehicle before the tour by our drivers. For spills, vomit or the like, the clean-up fee will be $500. Any disruptive or obnoxious behaviours or being "cut off" at venue will result in termination of tour. Guests will be taken back to their place of pickup, no refunds. No one under 21 allowed, all IDs will be checked before boarding vehicle so please bring them. No pets allowed.
