Service Description

Upon reservation request, our concierge service will reach out to you to discuss venue preferences. Six or more guests, at time of reservation, automatically qualify for a Private Tour. Black Barrel Tours will then make all reservations at the venues requested AND pre-pay for all tastings. All you and your guests need to do is show up and enjoy the experience! Please contact us well in advance for a private, customized tour so we may check availabilities at each venue and secure your reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done no less than 14 days before your tour date for a full refund, which is to ensure we have enough time to fill your slot. Upon reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your reservation. There is no refund or reduction in price if fewer people than were reserved show up the day of the tour. All reservations are subject to change at anytime.
